What is Luxurious Luchi Hairs?+
Luxurious Luchi Hairs is a Lagos, Nigeria based brand that makes premium handmade braided wigs and 100% human hair wigs, made to order and shipped worldwide with tracking. Popular styles include knotless and box braids, cornrows, boho braids, faux locs, one million braids and Jayda Wayda braids.
Are your wigs human hair or synthetic?+
We offer both. Most of our braided styles use premium synthetic fibre for a light, natural finish, while our Jayda Wayda and 100% Boho ranges are made with 100% human hair. Human hair can be washed, restyled and lasts longer, while synthetic braids hold their style with less maintenance.
How long until I receive my wig?+
Every wig is handmade to order and takes 7 to 21 days to craft after payment, before it ships. Styles in our Ready to Ship collection are in stock and dispatch the next business day. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and is shown at checkout.
Do you ship to the US, UK and worldwide, and how much does shipping cost?+
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery, including to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe and across Africa. The exact shipping cost is a flat rate shown at checkout based on your destination, and it covers parcels up to 2kg.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?+
Any customs charges, import duties or taxes set by your own country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fee. They vary by destination, so check your local thresholds if you are ordering from outside Nigeria.
How do I measure my cap size?+
Measure around your head along your hairline with a soft tape. As a guide, Small is about 21 inches, Medium about 22 inches, and Large about 23 inches or more. All our caps have adjustable straps for a snug, comfortable fit.
How do I choose colour, length and cap size?+
On each product page you choose your colour, your length (each option shows its inch range, from collarbone to waist length), and your cap size (Small, Medium or Large). If you are unsure, contact us or use our Hair Care Assistant and we will guide you.
Do you make custom wigs?+
Yes. Use our Build Your Wig tool to choose the hair type, style, length, cap size and extras, and you will get an instant price before you order. It is the best option if you want a specific look that is not already listed.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and Verve), bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. International cards are welcome, prices show in your local currency, and your bank handles the conversion at checkout.
How long does a braided wig last?+
With good care a handmade braided wig can last several months of regular wear. Store it on a wig stand, keep it away from direct heat, wrap it in satin or silk at night, and gently detangle curly ends with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Can the wig be washed, restyled or dyed?+
Our 100% human hair wigs can be gently washed, restyled and, with care, coloured by a professional. Synthetic braided styles should not be dyed or exposed to high heat; wash gently in cool water and air dry on a stand.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We offer secure, tracked worldwide delivery. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Can I return or exchange my wig?+
Because each wig is handmade to order and worn close to the scalp, for hygiene reasons wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once made. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
How do I track my order?+
Go to the Track Order page and enter your email plus your order number, or the tracking code we send you. Your live status updates as we craft, dispatch and deliver your wig, and we also email you at each step.
How do I care for my braided wig?+
Store your wig on a wig stand, keep it away from direct heat, and gently detangle any curly ends with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. A little care keeps it looking fresh for longer.
