Are your wigs human hair or synthetic?+
We offer both. Most of our braided styles use premium synthetic fibre for a light, natural finish, while our Jayda Wayda and 100% Boho ranges are made with 100% human hair.
How long until I receive my wig?+
Every wig is handmade to order and takes 7 to 21 days to craft after payment, before it ships. Styles in our Ready to Ship collection are in stock with no waiting time.
How do I choose colour, length and cap size?+
On each product page you choose your colour, your length (each option shows the inch range), and your cap size (Small, Medium or Large). If you are unsure, contact us and our team will guide you.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Verve through Paystack. International cards are welcome, you will be charged in USD if you are shopping outside Nigeria, Ghana or South Africa, and your bank converts to your local currency.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We offer secure, tracked worldwide delivery. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Can I return or exchange my wig?+
Because each wig is handmade to order and worn close to the scalp, for hygiene reasons wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once made. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
How do I care for my braided wig?+
Store your wig on a wig stand, keep it away from direct heat, and gently detangle any curly ends with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. A little care keeps it looking fresh for longer.
