Returns Policy

Unworn wigs in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, coloured or otherwise altered are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
